There are times even the Area Vice Commander must surrender his “White Cap” and don the traditional blue cap of the normal American Legionnaire. PCC meetings are such an occasion. |

Outpost 31 met on the 19th of March for its routine quarterly meeting.
Auburn provided a pleasant backdrop to the meeting.
