Evaluation study of the location of the Posts and Districts of the Department

The members of this committee have met at several meetings to bring information to the members of the Department, so we can all see the problems. We are working to get everyone involved. If we work together so we can have a stronger Department.

There are Districts that have many Posts, making a hardship on the District officers to get around to all the Post. And some Districts have inactive or paper Posts that are hurting all of us. Some Districts cover alot of territory and others very small. The maps really show how the Department is laid out now; defining the Area, District, and Post locations.

Talk about these points at your meetings. Take notes and send the ideas to us. We will in turn get the information out to everyone in the Department. Let us hear from you. Talk to the committee member in your area. We would like some input before convention.
