 Roll-a-way fee $10.00 per day - parking fee $5.00 per day
Make reservations directly with the hotel, check-in May 15th depending on your schedule.
Individuals are responsible to call and guarantee their own reservation. After cutoff date April 16, 2008 reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only at regular room rates. All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card or 1st nights deposit. Individuals must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to the first day of arrival to avoid one night room charge. Check out time would be Monday, the 19th by 11:00 am. Anyone wishing to stay longer could reserve their room for Monday night May 19th at the same rate.
Thursday, May 15th is arrival day - the 529th Hospitality Room will be open at 9:00 am with Albert and Mary Jane Bair there to greet you until time to check into individual rooms. At 6:00 pm, there will be a group meeting for information and visiting. That evening, there will be a short walk to Temple Square. Anyone interested can attend the Mormon Tabernacle Choir rehearsal at 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm. This is free!
Friday, May 16th - a bus tour ( $20.00 or less) There will be more riding than walking. There will be many points of interest such as: Capitol Building ( newly refurbished), Humanitarian Center, Welfare Square, Huntsman Cancer Center, Former Fort Douglas (induction center) “This is the monument place” Monument (stop there at least 1/2 hour for historical interest), unique shopping, zoo pass.

97th Infantry Group 2008 Reunion
October 15th & 16th, 2007

We have again reserved space for the A Tower which is located directly above the Casino. The rooms have been blocked out and reserved at this time, but must be individually reserved and guaranteed before September 30th, 2006 using our group code #10940. (1-800-243-6846). Room rates will be the same as in the past, $21.00.

This year we will have the Santa Fe Room available from 0800 to 1600 on Monday and Tuesday and 1800 to 2200 for our Tuesday evening banquet. Menu will likely be your choice of smoked brisket or stuffed breast of chicken. Update information and cost will be available in late spring and a further reminder this summer.
