Alameda Voiture 257 is planning a wreck for the 40/8 on October 11th, to be held at the San Leandro Veteran's Memorial Building. (1105 Bancroft Ave in San Leandro)
Goofs are to report at 9:00 AM. Make sure they have a change of underwear, socks, soap and a towel. (all need not match)

Voyageurs,
I have dropped 2 of the PalomarVoiture1406 email addresses as unnecessary:
     Carl_Asher@palomarvoiture1406 and LeEditeur@palomarvoiture1406
If by chance you put those in your address book, please delete as they are no longer valid.

The only valid email address is: correspondant@palomarvoiture1406.com.
   Additionally, palomar1406@aol.com is still valid.
Thanks... Carl Ashertopw

Humboldt County Voiture 1504
 Newsletter - 04/13/2008

   Fellow Voyageur:
This is a note to inform everyone that we are still an active Voiture and that our meeting dates have changed.  Our meetings will be every two months on the second Wednesday of the Month, 6:30 p.m. potluck with the promenade at 7:00 p.m. For the month of March we will have a dinner meeting at the new Chinese buffet in Fortuna at 7:00 p.m.
Now is the time for dues.  Please send your dues to Mike Campbell in Fortuna ASAP!  Remember that the only thing that keeps our Voiture alive is your due's being sent into grand.
The only way that we as a Voiture can stay alive, is by keeping our local Legion Post's active. We need to, as Voiture members return to our Post on a regular basis and insure that this is happening.
We then can bring new Members into our Voiture.  However we need to convince other Legion Members, that we are the backbone of the Legion. And show it by keeping the Legion Posts alive and active in our communities.
Hope to see you in March Red is the color... Curt Lindley Chef de Gare V-1504
