Lifetime Achievement Award

need nomination

2009-2010
Lifetime Achievement Award

  no one nominated.

I wish to thank the Commission and it's members who represented their Posts, Districts and Areas.  I'm aware of many qualified candidates throughout the State.  I encourage every Legionnaire to get behind their Commanders (at all levels) and support their LEADERSHIP program.  If there isn't any program, then I suggest you make it happen at your Post, District and Area.

Now, be advised, that our Lifetime Achievement Award program is fairly new (and this year was our second attempt and we went without a nominee).  The minimum requirement to qualify a candidate is, first, a member in good standing with twenty-five years of consecutive membership.  And second, submit your entries through proper channels (chain of Command).

Also, be advised, the Commission is comprised of members from your Posts, Districts and Areas. Your representative member will vote on the best written cover letter of all submitted candidates.  Remember, "Lead and they will come!"
