Commission Chairman Harold Hall Call-In Report:
October 24-25, 2009 • Lakewood Post 496, Long Beach, CA

  E-mail for Harold Hall:  hall5@pacbell.net

Tournament sites and dates were approved. State senior tournament to be in Yountville starting July 25-28, Junior tournament will start July 31-August 3.  Regional tournament is August 5-9 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Reported no change in insurance fees.  Huge change issued by National. Each team will pay National a fee of $50.00 and each Junior team $25.00, even though National has no Junior program in force.  Also, National will set up an online registration program. The online program will have a password given to the Chairman and Department who must approve all teams before they can reregister and payment will be made by credit card.
This program will open about November 11th, and teams can start making registration after January 1st. National will make all payments for insurance and fees due to the department.
The Chairman will contact each commissioner as soon as the program has opened. In the future, it will be necessary for all 12 commissioners to be computer wise and able to operate on-line.
