  • Jackie Lay - Unit 149 President, District 22
    Jackie Lay, age 69, died at the scene of an automobile accident on her way to meet her Unit, as their President, and play bingo at the VA Hospital Saturday morning Jan. 12, 2008
    For those of you whom may not know Jackie, she loved the American Legion Auxiliary, her Unit 149, its District 22, her Auxiliary friends, the Eight and Forty and her Salon 621. She held many, many chairmanships and offices at all levels and in every area of both. She mentored many and encouraged many. Jackie was a California Departemental Chapeau Passe for Eight and Forty. She was currently the President for her Unit: JB Clark Unit 149 - District 22 once again.
    Memorial Service - Saturday, January 19, 2008 - 11:00 A.M.
